Everyday Theatre - Diary

Dear Diary...

I'm having a very hard time  with mom's new boyfriend and now he is moving in it’s changing everything because dad and mum keep on arguing and arguing.

Brian has a bunch of alcohol stored in the garage but he never drinks it so I will give them to my friend, Jack because he loves beer. My mum decided to let Becca move in into my bedroom. Now I have to sleep on the couch every time and now I'm never going to be happy.

Whenever I have my homework I go straight to Becca because she is smart but then she always says so. I beg and beg until she says. "yes", but no she doesn't.

I wish I had a normal happy life with just me, dad and mum.

I'm angry like someone lost their mom.

St Kents.

A enjoyable day at St Kents.

We jumped on the bus and were transported to St Kents along the bumpy road. We arrived and jumped out of the bus and walked to the hall.

Suddenly we were in our groups and St Kents greeted us before they announced the leaders. After that they put the leaders in their groups. Our group is Group 1 and our leader was Matt.

Next we decided to play basketball but before that we did a lot of warm up and learned more skills and did lots of new trick that we have not done before.

Later on we were ready to compete against Group 8 and we lost to them. We had good shooters Lebron, James and Nick Young . Straight after a good P.E day we walked back and hopped on the bus and traveled back to school.

The Deadliest Soldier

25 April 1915.

Dear Uncle  Ayden

I have been chosen to be in World War 1 and be in the ANZAC army force to represent my country, New Zealand. We got our weapons and other stuff ready to go and fight. When we arrived at Turkey we crept up the hill and heard gunshots already fired by the Turks who were hiding on top of the hills.

After that  Me, Mika, Damien and Don ran far out on the side so they couldn’t find us. Then we made a big trench to hide in. We were hungry and had ANZAC cookies to eat and water to drink. Later we went to sleep and gunshots were still going on and people yelling.

Later that day we sneaked out of the trench and one of us ran out to look if there was anyone there and Damien volunteered to run out. He looked both sides and then was a shot fired by a sniper. Damien died and we said R.I.P.

There were still gunshots everywhere then we stood and ran and shot some Turkish soldiers. Suddenly someone threw a grenade, BOOM!  Don didn’t make it he lost his head and legs, R.I.P.

Me and Mika saw the ship and we went in. We two made it back home. We bought Damien and Don back as well for their funeral. Rest In Peace.

From  Simon.
