New Zealand views supermoon

Sky gazers around New Zealand were able to look at a ‘SUPER MOON’ last night.
Last night was the full moon and it was closest and largest of 2014.The moon won’t get closer to earth again until September 2015. The moon looked like it was just sitting there close enough to touch. For those people that stayed up the moon was cool to look at. The MetService said the east of the north island enjoyed the best viewing conditions due to a bunch of clouds.Screenshot 2014-08-11 at 07.43.23.png
