 Preventing Illness  


An illness is a type of sickness affecting the mind and body.


How can illness start?
Illness could start off with the spread of bacteria or a sore throat. Wearing the wrong clothes at the wrong time, and eating the wrong foods can make you get sick. Eating the right foods can heal your body in two weeks because the right foods like fruits and vegetables have lots of vitamin C, A and B.


What kind of illness are there?

There are a lot of different types of illnesses and sicknesses that have not been cured. Most illnesses like flu and colds can be treated. The human body’s immune system can attack all the bacteria or germs that make you sick and it can cure you. But disease can be treated but not be cured.  


How do we prevent illness?
Some of the best things to do are to always wash your hands after sneezing, make sure to  sneeze and cough into your elbow. You can also exercise regularly everyday and eat 5+A Day.

Fight the germs and stay healthy.
